Intersection, an OOH media and technology firm, has announced the launch of its Generative AI Integrations, which aims to provide generative AI solutions to customers, with a focus on localization and personalization, according to a press release.

The AI localization tools are designed to guide the customer journey by personalizing content down to a neighborhood level with tailored elements based on the location, with integrated inputs available for weather, season, style and more.

The AI personalization tools are designed to allow customer engagement and guiding customers to purchasing decisions based on their interests, including interactive QR code elements which allows AI-powered recommendations to give customers personalized content, such as recipes, shopping ideas and more.

“Intersection has a long tradition of setting the innovation standard in digital out of home,” Chris Grosso, CEO at Intersection, said in the press release. “We’re thrilled to help our advertising clients to use these new products to engage consumers at scale in major American cities.”
