Korbyt, a workplace communications tech firm, has announced the launch of its Machine Learning Broadcast solution, which leverages AI-powered camera optics and machine learning to adjust digital signage content in real time based on engagement and dwell time, according to a press release.
“Managing and keeping digital signage content fresh has always been a challenge faced by digital signage network administrators, so we created a solution that does the job for them,” George Clopp, CTO at Korbyt, said in the release.
The system incorporates cluster-based data mining algorithms to adjust timing and duration of existing content along with finding and broadcasting new content based on trends, with plans to incorporate generative AI over time to generate content based on this data as well. The system is designed to integrate with the Korbyt Anywhere workplace communications platform and omnichannel CMS.
“While much of the industry is busy speculating about how artificial intelligence and machine learning will impact the AV space in the long term, we’re focused on delivering solutions that positively impact the market today, giving businesses and other institutions the power to automate one of the most time-intensive aspects of running a digital signage network,” Clopp added.
