Epson has announced its partnership with Tempest to design the Tempest Breeze line of enclosures for Epson’s EB-PU series of large venue projectors, according to a press release.
The Tempest Breeze enclosures are designed for less demanding environments where extreme temperatures, humidity or salt air are unlikely and where networking is not required.
Forced air ventilation activates automatically when the projector lamp is on or when temperature in the enclosure exceeds 35° C (95°F).
The enclosures feature a thermal barrier inside the cover along with a washable electrostatic dust cover and a universal IEC C13 projector power outlet, and the enclosures can be mounted with M8 screws or with the included hanging adapter kit.
