Cecil Coworking, a coworking space in Stockholm, Sweden, has installed solutions from workplace experience technology firm Humly, according to a press release.

The two-floor workspace, which measures approximately 34,000 square-feet, has installed Humly Room Display hardware, which integrates with Cecil Coworking’s Nexudus software.

“Humly provides a fast and flexible way for our members to, among other things, book conference rooms via Nexudus,” Patrik Jdeidani, service host at Cecil Coworking, said in the release. “In addition, the system is easy for our employees to navigate.”

The Nexudus software is used for room booking, access management, invoicing, web and app updates, visitor check-in/check-out and deliveries, among other tasks.

“Because we use Nexudus for so many aspects of our daily work — as well as for member-facing applications — we need these two key components to operate harmoniously,” Jdeidani said in the release. “And, once again, we need to provide an excellent member experience, and so the technology that we deploy must be as reliable, user-friendly, and convenient as possible.”
