Montreal-based VuWall, a provider of video wall control systems and unified visualization solutions, announced its completion of the System and Organization Controls (SOC) 2 Type 1 attestation for security, according to a press release.
VuWall completed an independent audit with support from StrikeGraph.
“Our SOC 2 achievement is a reflection of our ongoing commitment to our clients, and we take this responsibility very seriously,” Mark Schmidt, CTO of VuWall, said in the release. “Successfully completing our SOC 2 audit demonstrates how we prioritize the security, privacy, confidentiality, and integrity of customer data. The importance of internal best practices addressing risks to prevent breaches and help create a culture of security, ensuring that robust controls are in place, was another driver.”
“SOC 2 compliance has become an essential part of meeting industry standards and customer expectations for so many organizations, especially those working in cybersecurity and other critical environments, like VuWall,” Justin Beals, CEO and founder at Strike Graph, said in the release. “We are proud to have been able to help VuWall navigate through the complex process of getting their SOC 2 compliance and meet this important milestone.”
