First Commonwealth Federal Credit Union, a financial institution with nearly 300 employees, has partnered with digital signage software firm ScreenCloud to freshen its internal digital communication and employee engagement, according to a case study shared with this publication.

With plans for extensive expansion underway, First Commonwealth Federal Credit Union aimed to use modernized communications and digital signage to overcome a lack of engagement with legacy communication tools like intranet and physically-printed content.

The ScreenCloud platform was leveraged, along with Samsung Hospitality commercial grade displays and the Samsung Tizen operating system, with the initial deployment including more than 50 screens across 13 banking locations.

Luke Hubbard, CTO at ScreenCloud, joined Digital Signage Today editor Daniel Brown for an exclusive interview via videolink from Bangkok, Thailand this year to discuss trends in digital signage, AV, business and technology related to AI, Google’s signage ambitions and more.
