Original ChopShop, which has 22 locations, is opening this summer in Tucson and will test digital menu boards. The store, 2749 N. Campbell Ave., features a pick-up window and self-ordering kiosks and is the Scottsdale-based chain’s first store designed and built from the ground up.
“We are thrilled to expand outside of the Phoenix metro and introduce our range of wholesome and affordable food options to the Tucson community,” Original ChopShop CEO Jason Morgan said in a company press release. “Our excitement is amplified by the fact that this Shop resonates with our brand identity in a special way in building it from the ground up. We believe this Shop’s ambiance is poised to play a pivotal role in achieving our goal of making convenient, feel-good food more accessible within our home state of Arizona.”
