Epson has launched the DC-30, a wireless document camera designed for classroom and educational use cases that is designed to integrate with digital signage and display ecosystems, according to a press release.

The device is 4K-capable and includes features like wireless screenshare, connectors for HDMI, USB-A, mini-USB, built-in microphone and integration with Epson’s BrightLink and Easy Interactive Tools software solutions.

“Today’s classrooms are transitioning to more mobile and interactive environments,” Nathan Cheng, product manager at Epson America, Inc., said in the release. “No longer needing to physically be tethered to a display, this latest wireless addition to Epson’s document camera lineup offers an even more flexible and engaging learning experience. Teachers can easily move around and interact with students while displaying content from virtually anywhere in the classroom.
