The Interactive Customer Service Association announced winners of the 2023 Elevate Awards Tuesday evening during the annual summit in Charlotte, North Carolina.
Leading customer experience innovators were honored Tuesday at the 2023 Elevate Awards presentation during the Interactive Customer Experience Summit in Charlotte, North Carolina.
Presenting the five awards were Alicia Lavay, executive director at the ICX Association, and Cherryh Cansler, VP of events for Networld Media Group. The summit was co-located with the annual Bank Customer Experience Summit at the Westin Charlotte in North Carolina.

Elo Touch Solutions
Elo Touch Solutions won for its work on the Taco Bell Defy Welcome Monitor, an interactive technology solution for Taco Bell’s next-gen, two-story drive-through store model. A demonstration video is available below.

OnQ
OnQ won for its work helping Madison Reed, a premium hair care firm, to develop an interactive digital swatch panel experience to help customers explore hair care products, which debuted in major cities including New York City, Miami, Chicago and Boston. The award was accepted by Alanna Reynolds, account manager at OnQ. A demo video is available here.

Vuse
Vuse won for its palm scanning and ID/age verification solution, and the award was accepted by Adel Taalab, business development manager. The solution is designed to reduce customer friction during the purchase process as an alternative verification method. A demo video is available here.

Parla Retail Ltd.
Parla Retail Ltd. won recognition for its work creating interactive, cross-platform interactive solutions to help Troubadour brick-and-mortar stores mirror the in-store experience for customers online, including in-person style and purchase consultations. The system works across hardware and operating systems using a web connection to connect customers with in-store staff for personalized shopping sessions, incorporating cameras and audio so customers can see and check out different items, sizes and colors for a variety of products. The award was accepted by James Schreitmueller, CMO at Elevate AI and startup advisor and mentor at James Schreitmueller Consulting. A video demonstrating the system is available here.

LG
The ICX Customer Experience Excellence award for 2023 went to LG for its work helping Arirang K., a Georgia-based Korean restaurant, deploy four LG CLOi ServeBots. RobotLab partnered with LG on the project. A demo video is available here.
