The ICX Association will honor five companies as winners of the 2023 Elevate Awards during a ceremony at its upcoming annual conference, the Interactive Customer Experience (ICX) Summit. One of the five winners will also be named “Innovator of the Year.” The ceremony will highlight the top customer and employee experiences that were submitted to a panel of judges during the association’s call for nominations.
The ICX Association Elevate Awards is an annual program that recognizes and honors organizations that have effectively leveraged technology to elevate the customer experience. The awards program aims to inspire and educate companies on how technology can be used to create exceptional customer experiences and to recognize those who are leading the way in this field.
This year, the ICX Summit is taking place simultaneously with the Bank Customer Experience Summit September 11-13, 2023, in Charlotte, NC. Attendees can take part in both events for the price of one.
