Larusmiani, a bespoke menswear store in Milan, Italy, has partnered with tech firm Zyler to provide virtual try-on to shoppers, in partnership with digital technology firm Deloitte, according to a press release.
Involving interactive touchscreen and digital signage to allow shoppers to see how different outfits and options would look without having to physically put on a garment, the system prompts users to put in their measurements and take selfies to process the virtual try-ons.
“We are very excited to offer a virtual try-on experience to our clients at our flagship store in Milan,” Guglielmo Miani, CEO at Larusmiani, said in the release. “Clients are now able to see themselves in our whole collection in a few seconds and explore a new in-store experience. Feedback is very positive and we are already seeing conversions in our store.”
