Given the increasing number of innovators when it comes to the retail customer experience, RetailCustomerExperience is creating a report, 2024 Retail Customer Experience Top 50, to highlight those making innovative advancements in the retail CX space.
Nominations for the report are being accepted through Sept. 30 and retail leaders are encouraged to nominate themselves or a colleague who has demonstrated outstanding leadership in creating extraordinary shopping experiences for customers.
We’re interested in hearing from retail leaders who have:
- Delivered outstanding customer experiences.
- Led innovative customer-centric initiatives.
- Transformed the way customers interact with their brand.
- Made a significant impact on the customer experience landscape.
