PPDS, the global distribution arm for Philips Professional Display Solutions, has teamed up with European experience platform Grassfront to revolutionize retail experiences with digital displays, according to a press release.

The global partnership will leverage the Grassfront In-store Experience Management (IXM) platform, which serves retail, fast food and automotive brands, along with the Philips Tableaux zero-power display line, which uses ePaper technology to provide multicolor digital displays with low power consumption, along with select Philips Android SoC display models.

Upcoming projects include a major airport renovation project, whose details are undisclosed at this time.
