Quadient, a CX solutions firm, has announced the launch of Quadient Inspire Flex Release 16 (R16), its software solution aimed at enterprise omnichannel customer communications management, according to a press release.
The release leans into automation, including features for Salesforce and Apache Kafka integration, introducing the Events API and an Omnichannel Orchestration Events Trigger — designed for channel events including QR code scan, form submission and weblink visit — while reducing the need for coding or manual action.
The solution supports standalone, full SaaS deployments using Inspire Evolve along with on-premises and hybrid deployments using Inspire Flex.
