Artificial Intelligence – Love It Or Hate, Is It Here To Stay? Artificial Intelligence Has Been Around For A Little While But Since The Introduction Of ChatGPT It Is Suddenly Taking Off.

Now all the major players are scrambling to introduce their own version of AI into their software applications.

There is an old saying about computers which is “garbage in = garbage out. This is much more so with AI. The computer will literally tell you the answer to your question even if your question is garbage. Alternatively if you ask it an intelligent question you will more than likely get useful information out. What you do with that information is up to you.

I could have written this entire article by asking a chat bot a simple question but I still prefer to compile my own article.

Most people write simple questions (prompts) to get answers and it can work well if you ask the right questions.

However, many marketers are selling collections of prompts so everyone is asking the same questions rather than thinking for themselves.

I don’t think there is anything wrong with this, in fact I purchased a pack of prompts for under $10 just to see how the did them.

Some of them are included below.

Here are some prompts that could be useful for bloggers:
Write a compelling headline for a blog post about [topic]
Create an outline for a tutorial on [topic]
Generate a list of tips for growing a blog’s email subscriber list
Write an intro paragraph for a review of [product/service]
Provide a list of potential blog post ideas for a travel blog
Write a list of questions to include in a Q&A style blog post
Create a catchy lead for a news article about [recent event]
Write a short and snappy introduction for a personal development blog post

Create a list of effective calls-to-action for a blog post on [topic]

As you see, they are simple questions that anyone can write in a few minutes. I decided to see if I could generate my own list of prompts.for bloggers.

Write 10 prompts that could be useful to bloggers.

  1. What inspired you to start blogging and how has your blog evolved over time?
  2. How do you come up with ideas for new blog posts?
  3. What is your approach to writing compelling and engaging content?
  4. What are some effective strategies for promoting your blog and increasing traffic?
  5. How do you measure the success of your blog?
  6. What are some common mistakes bloggers make and how can they be avoided?
  7. What are your tips for building a loyal and engaged audience?
  8. What is your approach to developing and maintaining relationships with other bloggers?
  9. How do you balance creating content with other aspects of your life and work?
  10. What are your predictions for the future of blogging and the role it will play in content marketing?

As you can see, it is easy to create simple prompts for chatbots using chatbots so there is no need to buy them.

I will see how long it takes to create 500 prompts.

Well, that was interesting. It wrote about 58 prompts then stopped. I regenerated the results several times. It slowly increased results to 72 then dropped back down to 59, then 58. It just stopped, no reason given. I just assume it got bored. I ran it once more and it stopped halfway through line 62.

So, ai works but only when it wants to, much like the average employee.

I don’t think AI will take over all jobs yet but the time is coming.
